Centrally supported

A number of centrally supported meeting rooms across main campus have videoconference capability.  All rooms must be booked in advance via University Room Bookings

Armstrong

Keeton Lomas Room; G‌round Floor, Armstrong Bld

This venue can accomodate up to 40 local participants and is set up in 'harvard meeting room' style.‌

Please note that Skype or Skype for Business can not be used in this venue


To book a videoconference

  1. Book the room either by using Resource Booker (AMR.G.09.KLLT in Corporate event and meeting spaces) or by contacting room-bookings@ncl.ac.uk 
  2. Submit a videoconference request form

Should you experience any difficulties during your videoconference then please contact the NUIT Central AV team on extension 82627 from the telephone in the room. 

Kings Gate

The following rooms in Kings Gate can be used for videoconferencing:-

  • Rooms L2.16 & 2.17
  • Rooms L3.22 & 3.33
  • Rooms 4.13, 4.14 & 4.15
  • Rooms 5.13 & 5.15

To book a videoconference

  1. Book the room either by using Resource Booker or by contacting room-bookings@ncl.ac.uk
  2. Room are enabled with desktop videoconferencing equipment which allow use of Zoom, Skype for Business and Skype on a self-operational basis

Devonshire Building

The following meeting rooms in the Devonshire Building can be used for videoconferencing

  • Room G27

  2. Room are enabled with desktop videoconferencing equipment which allow use of Zoom, Skype for Business and Skype on a self-operational basis
