There are a number of spaces across the University where you can host your online meeting or event.  Selecting the most appropriate venue depends on a number of factors including: -​

• The type of event you are hosting ​
• The level of support you require for your event​
• Where on campus you would prefer to physically host your event​
• How many people you need to accommodate locally​

If you would prefer your event to be fully managed and supported by NUIT then you will need to request use of an NUIT managed videoconference suite.​

Alternatively, there are a number of meeting rooms with technology installed that can be used on a self-operational basis​.

If you wish to use videoconferencing technology in a teaching room then you would need to connect your own enabled device to the AV system​.
