    • Share you screen to display files, spreadsheets, documents etc. (Including audio)​
    • Record meetings to the cloud or locally. ​

Zoom is secure to use for the types of meetings and activities that happen day-to-day across the University, unless you are prohibited from doing so as part of a data-sharing agreement ​
