NUIT manage two dedicated videoconferencing rooms providing a fully supported stable and high quality audio and video experience.  We strongly recommended using this service if you need to connect with multiple sites and/or there is a business critical or high stakes element to your meeting.

For a less formal experience you can videoconference as part of a pre-arranged meeting in a number of videoconference enabled meeting rooms or host one-to-one software videoconferences from your desktop or personal device

Please note that there are currently no teaching rooms on campus designed or enabled to host a videoconference.  

If you wish to host a desktop videoconference within a teaching room then you must bring and connect a laptop with appropriate software installed.  Please be aware that that this can often make for a poor user experience and NUIT do not provide technical support to arrange or connect calls
