Enabled meeting rooms

A number of existing meeting rooms within the University have videoconference facilities, which can be used during a pre-arranged meeting.

Ownership, booking process and support of videoconference-enabled meeting rooms may vary across schools, faculties and professional services, and use of these spaces may in some cases be restricted to members of the respective school or faculty.

Please see the respective links to view which meeting spaces in FMS, HaSS, SAgE and Professional Services have videoconferencing facilities available and how they are managed and supported.

If you would like your videoconference fully managed and supported then we would recommend using a dedicated videoconference venue.  Alternatively, for a less formal one-to-one meeting from your desktop or personal device you could host a software videoconference.
