This venue can accomodate up to 9 local participants and is set up in boardroom style


To book a videoconference

    1. The room is available to book as a room resource from Outlook

    Connectivity options 

    • Skype for business using the Microsoft Surface Hub (contact newriis.visualisationsuite@newcastle.ac.uk)
    • Zoom using the hardware videoconference system (contact the NUiS IT Manager to set up a Zoom Room ID)
    • Lifesize Cloud Conferencing (for connectivity to INTO)
    • Adobe Connect via the desktop PC
