When using Zoom we always recommend signing in using Single Sign-On (SSO) and downloading the Zoom app where possible​.

​Signing into your NU Zoom account using SSO​

• Launch your web browser and navigate to https://newcastleuniversity.zoom.us/​
• Click Sign in and enter your university email address​
• Enter your usual NU login information​
• Check that you see your initials / profile picture at the top right of the Zoom profile page​ 

Downloads​

• Download the Zoom App (Zoom Client for Meetings)​
• Download the Outlook Plugin (Zoom Plugin for Microsoft Outlook)​
